The terms “sorority” and “fraternity” can be used to refer to any social organisation or club. The various types of fraternities are General fraternities, Professional fraternities, Service fraternities and Honorary fraternities. The most common fraternity is the General or social fraternity. Almost all the fraternities are dedicated to principles such as academic achievement, community service and leadership qualities.
