The PUR water filters that are designed to be installed on your faucet are made to install easily and quickly. You may find some other water filters are not that easy to install, but by and large the PUR brand makes easy to install filters that should be installed and ready to use within minutes. There are faucet mounts and countertop models available. The faucet models simply attach to the faucet where the water flows freely. All you have to do is take the aerator from your faucet then decide if you need to use the adaptor or not. If so, you install that, if not, you simply twist the diverter valve onto the faucet and the water filters are attached. That was easy and fast! Now, if you have a model that goes under the sink you will be able to install it within a short period of time. Simply take the sprayer off of your sink and then install the three hose faucet tap. Next, you will need to mount a filter housing. Once the filter housing is installed under the sink you need to install a T valve fitting to your cold water line and then attaché the Fast Connect fitting to the blue hose, known as a T-valve. Then, connect the clear and gray hoses to the housing under the sink to the tap and you are all done.
